FSC Certification Statement
(FSC™ Chain-of-Custody)

Pesaka Timber Berhad has been awarded and internationally recognized with the FSC™ Chain-of-Custody (CoC) certification, demonstrating full compliance with the requirements of FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1 and FSC-STD-50-001. The certification confirms that the company’s system for purchasing, processing, manufacturing, and selling FSC 100% logs, sawn timber, wood chips, sawmill waste, souvenirs, and indoor/outdoor furniture meets all FSC requirements.
FSC has assessed and agreed that:
  • Pesaka Timber Berhad’s management system is fully capable of achieving and maintaining the FSC certification level required for Chain-of-Custody operations using the Transfer System.
  • The management has demonstrated consistent implementation of all required procedures, ensuring that the certified material is handled responsibly throughout all audited processes.
  • This certificate is valid from 01 August 2025 to 06 July 2028, subject to continued compliance and satisfactory surveillance audits.

    YB Tuan Haji Wan Hassan bin Mohd Ramli

    YB Tuan Haji Wan Hassan bin Mohd Ramli is a Malaysian politician from the Islamic Party of Malaysia (PAS), currently serving under the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition. He has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Dungun, Terengganu, since 2013. Born in 1957, he previously served as a State Executive Council member (EXCO) in Terengganu, handling Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism from 1999 to 2004.
