He began his career with Pesama Timber Corporation Sdn Bhd in 1992 and has since progressed through several significant roles within the GPB Group. With a strong foundation in forestry and extensive involvement in national timber associations, he is recognised for his leadership in strengthening industry standards, advancing compliance initiatives, and supporting sustainable timber development.
